These terms cover your use of rootedwomengrow.com, which is run by Rooted Women Grow LLC ("Rooted Women Grow," "I," "me," or "my"). By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is for

This site shares information about my services, classes, workshops, and speaking. The content is general education. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice for your specific situation.

Classes, workshops, and services

Paid classes, workshops, courses, and client work are covered by the details shown at checkout or in a separate written agreement. If those details and these terms ever conflict, the checkout details or your agreement win. Dates, times, locations, and pricing can change. If something changes after you register, I'll let you know by email.

Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Refund terms for each class, workshop, course, or service are stated at checkout or in your agreement. If you have a question about a charge, email me first and I'll work it out with you.

Free classes and resources

Free masterclasses, downloads, and resources are offered as is. I may change or stop offering them at any time.

Results

I build and teach systems that work, but every business is different. Your results depend on your business, your market, and how you use what you learn. I can't promise a specific outcome, income, or time savings.

My content

Everything on this site, including text, images, logos, frameworks, and materials, belongs to Rooted Women Grow or is used with permission. You're welcome to use what you learn in your own business. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute my materials without written permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or submit false information through the forms.

Other websites and tools

This site links to outside tools and platforms, such as scheduling, payment, and social media sites. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Rooted Women Grow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site or its free content. If I'm found liable for anything related to a purchase, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
